DISGUSTED WITH KULULA SERIVCES

I call Kulula Head office at 6;15 pm ( ********** 205)the call center consultant answered my call by did not want to help me HE kept on cutting my call I phone over 20 times for assists in converting my Avios points to travel bank but Kulula customer service is useless staff total *********** no one from Kulula could assist with something so simple as to converting points into kulula travel bank. If you cannot assists customers why offer the service . I am total disgusted with Kulula being such big business with no proper service. Can I get a manger or some that know how to assists customers
