Disgusted Kulula Traveller

I would like to convey my utmost disgust with the appaling service with Kulula.com I flew in from O.R Tambo on 20 November 2018 to George. Our flight was supposed to depart at 07:50, but was delayed due to "Technical Difficulties" and again an hour later due to "no available flight crew". We ended up flying at 11:15. This is a 3 hour delay! Luckily I had no urgent business, but I might as well have had. THAT IS NOT THE END OF IT! My return flight back to O.R Tambo from George on 23 November 2018 woth the same airline equally appaling. The flight was supposed to depart at 17:00 and was delayed for almost 2 and a half hours at last point of check - flight currently scheduled to depart at 19:20. This is again almost 3 hours delay! Very little explanation. At no point was any reason given as to why the delays for the return flight.
