Disgusted in Kulula service

Kulula.com is the worst service i have experience. Staff unhelpful and unfortunately mam this that and the other. Kulula mess up and deduct money from your account, but no ticket issued and sorry mam you need to re-book we will issue reversal which take 2 days and by then their tickets are double price. well done. No supervisor and manager can call you back. Wow thank you Kulula for the terrible service and staff that's not equipped. Not another flight will be booked with you.
