Disgussting service

We booked a ticket for my wife june 21 but was cancelled because of covid, when i asked for a to change ticket to my name as she will not travel but i will they said only way to do so is to refund amount to travel wallet which was acceptable BUT now they say it takes 6 - 8 weeks for refund to be done!!!!! I mean did i take 6 - 8 weeks to pay them?????? Come on guys this is MY money not yoiurs!!!!!
