************** of a paraplegic

We are very upset and frustrated with kulula airlines service and hospitality. My mother who is a paraplegic in a wheelchair that she has been bound to for over 11 years now and so far the only airline and place that has discriminated against disabled people which is my mother is kulula airlines, as far as I know according to the law and other airlines as well as places they always give first priority to disabled people not because a place or airline wants too but because again according to the law no one can treat a disabled person in any kind of way. The fact that my mother flew from Durban to cape Town on the 24th of December and was given the worst seats by kulula staff instead of a seat where she could of got onto comfortably and without injuring herself since she can't even walk without assistance. My mother does not have any sensation from below her chest to her feet so is it permissible for any company to say they wheelchair friendly and put a disabled woman under distress. Mango Airlines which I have been on has more leg space than kulula had even for my mother which is ridiculous, we rather fly with mango instead of kulula airlines

She has been through alot of pain after been pushed in a seat with no leg space at all and that was not right for her in the first place and now on the 31st December 2019 we flying back to Durban and again when we asked for better seats for my PARAPLEGIC mother the manager as well as the *********** staff did not help and put her again in a seat that a disabled person would not be comfortable in. My mother is not old and can get up anytime from her wheelchair and walk, she is confined to her wheelchair not that kulula seems to understand that. Kulula airlines staff laughs at my mother when my father has to explain her condition and how hard it is for her to sit in seats she is not capable of sitting in.

This is unacceptable and ridiculous and to be honest I feel everyone needs to know what kind of airline this is and how the staff behaves and how they discriminate against disabled people. I would like to personally ask the director or manager or someone in charge with this kind of service if something happens to someone that's paraplegic or disabled on your plane what would you do since all that the airline has done is put disabled people as their last priority.

Kulula airlines will not be recommended to anyone I know and i would never use this airline ever again even if my mother is not with me i would not use it.
