Discovery Vitality pricing ****/poor communication

First of all, I tried about 5 times to book a flight via the [URL Removed] website this past week - each time experiencing problems with the website - the problem being that I couldn't select \to and from"airports on their site for some reason. I then tried booking a flight via the call centre but was informed that Discovery members can only make the bookings online in order to receive their discount. I was told that one of the managers would get back to me in this regard but that also never happened. I then eventually got lucky and were able to select flights on the website days later - only to see that my \""35% discount\"" on the R1544 flight only adds up to R155?! This because the calculation is done on the \""base fare\"" - which they in this case claim to be only R390! Haha"
