Discount voucher promised but nothing received

<p>On Thursday 19 January 2017 my flight 465 ref MXOGQR from Lanseria to Cape Town was DELAYED almost SIX HOURS!<br />Upon boarding we were all handed pre-printed business cards promising that Kulula would email us a discount flight voucher to make it up to us within 2 working days.</p> <p>I still have not received anything???!!!</p> <p>(Not that I EVER want to fly with Kulula again...)</p>
