disappointing Kulula.com Theft!!!!!

Dear Kulula! So i flew back om flight MN107 checked my luggage in early aswell as my wife’s. Just to land in cape town with the cable ties on the bags being cliped off and my stut ******! This includes a hardrive with 4 years of work on it(irreplaceable)!!!!! And just to get my blood boiling some of my wife’s underwear!!! What the heck???? The answer at the desk is make a case!!! Come on!!! Really you pay airport taxes lock and tie your bag and then...... and this after being delayed 4hours on Friday on flight MN104. Answers please
