Disappointing Kulula customer services

Worst service ever. Was so disappointed as my mom made so many arrangements to help me move to Cape Town over the weekend.We were 3 mins late for check in ,THREE MINUTES!! And no effort was done to even try and assist us to be able to check in.Will not recommended Kulula to anyone. As I believe customer service is a thing of the past at this airline!!
