Disappointed service

We sc****d together money to book flights for a special family holiday in CT in July. Soon after booking our flights we were informed of our 2 children’s yearly school concert sadly being on the same day as our return flight. I then contacted Kulula in great hope of changing our flights to earlier on the day. There is an earlier flight (which we would have been SO greatful for!), at the exact same flight cost, however Kulula would not budge and change our flights at an additional R402 per passenger! One terribly heartsore mommy and utterly disappointed in Kulula! Where must we dock up another R1,600 to change our flights. I now have to tell my 2 little children they can’t be part of their school play. No mercy from Kulula ?
