Disappointed passenger

Good evening,

I would like to Express my extreme disappointment with Kulula. After being a loyal customer for many years, the airline has seriously deteriorated. Firstly, my hand luggage which was packed according to the airline specs was taken away from me and told to get put into the cabin, but other passengers with bigger cases went straight through. I paid an extra R160 for emergency exit seats which one was broken and we constantly had the passenger behind us moaning. The air hostess doing the safety drill dropped her safety kit on my fiance's head when taking it out the over head storage.lastly my bag that was in the cabin (and wrapped) came out on the conveyor belt ripped. I am very disgusted in their service and quite frankly would rather travel with another airline.
