Disapointing service

Currently in a flight from OR Tambo to Cape Town . We were supposed to depart 10:50 But we are still here at 11:32 flight delayed . Im travelling with an infant and 1 child. Its hot abd my child is restless. Disapointing service. 1st and last time travelling with you.
