diabolical customer service at OR Tambo

Upon asking for flights to Cape Town three people working at the counter simply said no. One laughed. Another said come back on Sunday. When asked for options they refused to give any - worst customer service I have seen in years. Lo and behold not 3 hours later I got a flight from lanseria - would have been lovely if someone working for kulula had bothered to tell me it was an option and not wait for an agent to book for me. Cut price flights apparently come with severely cut price service!
