Despicable service

Absolutely terrible service. I have been trying to cancel my flight for days and have literally spent hours on the phone trying to get through to a consultant to cancel the flight. After 35 minutes each time, my call gets cut unanswered. I have no other option to cancel the flight besides the Comair British Airways call center. I booked through vitality/Kulula, but because Kulula assigned a Brittish Airway flight, Kulula won't cancel the booking from their call center. Both the Kulula website and the BA website won't allow the ticket to be canceled on their websites. Kulula does not respond to emails sent to their help email adress either. It looks like a deliberate **** to prevent customers from canceling their flights sothat Comair/Kulula can pocket peoples money for delivering zero service
