Despicable from KULULA.COM

I booked return flights to durban for my family and I just before the very first lockdown. We couldn't use the tickets for obvious reasons , so we decided to use it this November. I called the call center, held on forever, eventually getting through to a consultant. I gave all the details for the new flights that I would like book , the consultant tells me that I should pay in an extra R1900 per passenger. I paid R6700 the first time , and now another R6000.00 ????? . I went online to see what it will cost me.A new booking, for 3 passengers , will cost R6300. So why should I pay an extra R1900 per passenger when my initial tickets costed R6700. Give me my money back or use that money for the new flights. Don't rob people!!!!!!
