DELAYS!!!!!!!!

<p>We booked to fly back from Durban on Sunday night to OR Tambo on the last flight Kulula had which was already departing late at 21-30 but was managable. At just after 9 that morning we got the first message to say already that the flight was going to be delayed and shortly after another message of a further 30 mins delay. This means that a late flight became a ridiculously late flight on a Sunday. The usual chestnut of we cant control delays will be thrown around but im afraid thats not acceptable, you knew of the delay 12 hours before the flight so dont tell me you couldnt make a contigent plan and avert in that amount of time! The flight was still even later to depart than the 22-30 and meant we ended up getting home comfortably after midnight. It was a massive inconvenience to us and those collecting us especially with kids having to be woken up and carted around that late. Wish vitality would take on a new partner so i didnt have to always put up with never on time Kulula.</p>
