Delayed for 2.5 hours on Friday from O.R. to DBN with no comms and delayed for 2 hours on Sunday from DBN to O.R.

Delayed for 2.5 hours on Friday from O.R. to DBN with no comms and delayed for 2 hours on Sunday from DBN to O.R.

The flights that i was on was MN641 and MN630, both were delayed without any assistance, no Food, Snacks and or Beverages were offered whilst we had to wait at the airports for the delays. We were told when waiting at the gates, that the Manager was going to come and explain, he\she never pitched up. When we repeatedly asked what was happening, we were told again and again no info except that the flight was delayed. There was also no air conditioning at the airport, so people were sweating and and feeling very uncomfortable. Kulula made no attempt what so ever to attempt to make conditions a little less unpleasant on both accounts. Kulula is definitely on the bottom of my list due to this past weekend. Oh yes and why does it take 35 minutes for luggage to be received? My reference was BAJFYS.
