DELAYED FLIGHTS - MN805 JNB - ELS

On Monday the 16th of November my family and I were going to board the Kulula flight MN 805 from JNB - ELS. We were scheduled to leave OR Tambo at 15:55pm. When we got to the boarding gate we saw the flight had been delayed till 16:35pm. Understanding that this was bound to happen due to the bad weather in JHB we went and sat down ready for the new departure time - little did we know this was the first of countless delays. Hour by hour we recieved e-mails and messages from Kulula advising us of futher delays and new departure times. I think in total we recieved 6 delay notifications. We sat at the airport with no communication from the airline. There was not a representative in sight who could give us answers. After about 3 hours we were moved to a new boarding gate. We all thought we would be departing but were met with more delays and incorrect information. One minute we were told the plane had landed and then the next minute another story... Eventually after a 5 hour delay a new crew came to fly the plane. Why was this only arranged after 5 hours? Why did Kulula not have a plan earlier? Totally disgusted - worst experience!!! We got home 22:40pm
