Delayed flights
Kulula flight for Lanseria (8:05) delayed as usual. No information from Kulula. All they do is keep on changing the boarding time. This is ridiculous.

Thank you for your post. We try hard to keep to our published schedule as we understand the impact it has on our customers. Any delays to our schedule due to factors within our control are only imposed when absolutely necessary as it has a business impact on us as well.
Most flights yesterday were delayed yesterday due to ATNS (Air Traffic and Navigation Services) experiencing a technical malfunction and subsequently rotational reasons. I can certainly appreciate your frustration and disappointment around the delays you experienced. It will always be a huge challenge for all airline operators as we operate in extremely variable conditions and operate within a safety envelope that ensures there is no risk at any time to customers and staff. We are sure that you will understand that our primary and utmost concern is for the safety of our customers and crew. While various factors can influence our on-time departure, we are working really hard to minimize delays and cancellations which are within our control.
