Delayed flight with no communication
Flight MN601 from OT airport to Durban suppose to depart 6h30. No communication from air hostesses regarding delay, eventually informed people that it is delayed- not sure timing. Upon asking if they can put me on another flight- \ no- they all full\". No compromise,not even a coffee voucher for all waiting in the line! Last week my luggage was lost- why does nobody care about the customer that PAYS? Why cant you treat passengers with respect what they deserve? It is not their fault- and understanding that things cant always go 100%- but they can control HOW they handle it! I am missing more meetings now in Durban due to Kulula's issues ( as I did with the luggage debacle). And then air hostess tells us- it is what it is"

Any delays to our schedule due to factors within our control are only imposed when absolutely necessary as it has a business impact on us as well. Flight MN601/15Mar'16 was delayed due systems failure. I can certainly appreciate your frustration around the delay you experienced. I am disappointed to learn of the lack of communication. We are addressing this matter as we take poor communication seriously. I will be sharing your valued feedback with the Airport Managers. Rest assured this matter will be addressed and the necessary corrective measures will be taken to improve our service. As this flight was delayed for 1H09, no refreshments were served.
I am also sorry to learn of your missing baggage. I hope you reported the missing baggage case to the relevant Baggage office and corrective procedures were followed.
