Delayed flight - 3 Hours

My husband and I were booked on a flight from King Shaka Intl Airport to OR Tambo Intl Airport on Friday, 07 September 2018. Our flight - MN634 - was scheduled for departure at 10h30PM. At approximately 18h10PM we received an email to say that they flight departure time had been amended to 11h45PM. Needless to say, the flight only departed King Shaka Intl Airport at 01h30AM on SAturday, 08 September 2018. This is abolutely unacceptable. The reason stated for the late departure was that they were waiting for an airplane to arrive from another airport. Why offer a flight if you do not have an airline available. I want to know what Kulula.com will do to compensate for this terrible inconvenience. I will definitely let everyone know how appaling the service is.
