Delayed
Staff states that flight is delayed by three hours and the information I got is that it's delayed by 4 hours. They blaming the weather however my sources tell me that the weather is clear.

We try hard to keep to our published schedule as we understand the impact it has on our customers. Any delays to our schedule due to factors within our control are only imposed when absolutely necessary as it has a business impact on us as well. Flight MN806/21Dec'15 was delayed due to rotational reasons caused by adverse weather conditions as the inbound flight was diverted. It will always be a huge challenge for all airline operators as we operate in extremely variable conditions and operate within a safety envelope that ensures there is no risk at any time to customers and staff.
I am sorry about the lack of communication. When it comes to weather related delays, we are not always able to update customers accordingly due to weather delays being highly disruptive and unpredictable.
