Delay
I was pleasantly surprised how well kulula handled the delay on my flight yesterday. I was notified well in advance through various platforms. I understand that some delays are unavoidable, but at least I knew what the situation was. Then had great service on the plane. Even got an apology email today. Thanks kulula.
