Call centre does not answer. E mails take days. I eventually got to re book tickers for Cape Town but to George, now they want me to pay in. They owe me over R9000 and now want another R2400 to rebook two tickets to George. On line they cost less than R2000 each. They wont pay the money back. Do I have any recourse?
