<p>I went through a third party site to book a ticket to KZN via Kulula, I registered via my Facebook account and unfortunately the name taken off of my account did not match my ID book so that when I got to the airport they said that not only would I not receive a refund for the initial ticket but that I needed to purchase another ticket for R1200 - I spoke to the manager and she advised that there was no other option for me but to purchase another ticket - total lie! I could have changed my name on the Kulula website that would have cost me R200 but they conveniently failed to tell me this - and I am not the first person to have experienced this. This is **************** and I will never fly Kulula again and I am definitely spreading the word.</p>
