<p>I was making a booking a month in advance for a return flight to OR T from King Shaka. My plans changed today and I wont be flying anymore so I wanted to give the ticket to one of my friends who would like to visit in JHB. Phoned mango asking if they do changes and they said yes but with an admin fee. Later to discover I forgot I didn't book with mango, I did with Kulula. I found out no changes allowed. What Bull****!!! It's allot of money going to waste with a empty seat on the plane. At least be willing to change my name on the ticket so my money at least won't go to waste. We are humans and our plans don't always stay the same, but I guess Kulula Doesn't accept that life happens sometimes!!! What **** service </p>
