Damaged Suitcases unexceptable

My Parents were traveling with Kulula 29 June and back on 15 Jul from JHB to George Flight nr 910.<br> It was their first time traveling with Kulula and most probably last time.<br> So disappointed with the state they found their suitcases in. The wheels were completely ********** and damaged beyond repairs, both handles also gone leaving the suitcases with holes in them.<br> Two suitcases are so damaged that you cant repair them at all. Took photo's of the damaged bags<br> This is truly unacceptable suitcases are very expensive and if they traveled with their car their suitcases would still have been in perfect condition.<br> I think the workers has no respect for other peoples goods or pride is their work.<br> So disappointed this really leaves a bitter and angry feeling .<br> I will tell everyone I know not to use them and what happened to us<br> <br> They did take travel insurance. But now a access has to be paid in order claim just because people weren't doing a proper job in the first place.....<br> <br> Really hope Kulula will do something to take away this disgust and bad reputation they are building up.
