Damaged Luggage, Once Again

I don’t know if it is the Kulula staff or airport company staff, but the last 4 times myself and my partner have flown with them, our luggage got damaged. This has never happened to us with any other airline and it’s a pitty because the rest of the service from Kulula is great.

Having a great flight and experiencing great service sadly fades away as you pick up your damaged luggage. Hoping one day travelers’ luggage will be treated with consideration and respect.
