Damaged luggage by Kulula's baggage attendants.

On a flight from Cape Town to JHB, the luggage attendants badly damaged a suitcase, we might as well throw it in the ******* bin. I send them an inquiry, but awaiting a response. I feel it is unnecessary that they handle the luggage as they do and their should be repercussions and that Kulula should at least accept responsibility by replacing the luggage.
