Damaged luggage

On the 14th October i travelled from OR tambo to Cape Town via Kulula. On arrival in Cape Town i discovered that the zip and lock on my bag had been cut. I had no valuables in my bag luckily but i would never be able to check in my bag again as i will not be able to lock it ever again. Whilst in Cape Town i bought a new bag for the trip back home. To my absolute dismay, when i arrived back in Jhb last night (16 Oct), the zip and lock on the new back had been cut as well. Now a 2nd back damaged and will never be able to be locked and checked in. Where is the security? Where is the safety. Why am i now out of pocket because there is no measures in place to avoid this? I will never travel Kulula again
