Damaged luggage

Hi <br> <br> I am very disppointed to see how luggage get handled at the airports -I am raising this point because this is not the third time this has happened to me. While travelling form OR tambo to Durban and back( 16 to the 20 Feb) my luggage got so badly damaged when I collectd it on the turn stiles- this is unacceptable becasue i had always have to buy new luggage bags because of someone negligence. Not only this, we put lokcs on our bags for a reasone, why does the employees have to remove them Do they know *****ing it a crime, I cant believe we live in a country like this.<br> <br> <br> Spomething needs to be done about this and travellers need to be compensated by ACSA or the airline which is Kulula this time instead of us always have to claim from our insurance.<br> <br> Regards<br> Sharlene Naidoo.
