Damaged Goods & no one takes responsibility

My bag was damaged (pocket ripped out) while traveling from JHB to CPT 10th October.
Tried to contact Kulula help desk but no one was there! Send emails to my travel agents, they to Kulula and whole month nothing has been done. Kulula quite as grave yard. This has been life draining experience, all I got was some ref number after a month! No one from Kulula nor parties involved are willing to tackle the issue and take responsibility for it. Service is just pathetic. This makes me wander if Kulula staff is so inefficient, luggage handlers are so irresponsible with other peoples goods, I can just imagine how would their pilots be at thirty five thousand feet with hundreds of people on board. 500+ complaints in this forum alone ..... ......Makes you think..
Month later:
As a solution they have ask me to take my bag back to either CPT (I live in JHB) airport or ORT to get it assessed (as if provided pictures where not enough they have to ask for second opinion) and repaired.
Will make a point to never fly with them again

Thank you for taking the time to contact us and for sharing your concerns.

We were very disappointed to hear about the problems you encountered with your baggage on your recent flight with us. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Good service is very important to us and we aim to transport all our customers and their belongings safely to their destination. We wish to thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

I have in the interim requested the staff at the Baggage department to make contact with you and facilitate the as*****t process which should be also at your convenience .

We do value you as our customer and whilst we are sorry we failed to meet your expectations on this occasion, we do assure you of our continued attention and co-operation.

Yours sincerely
