Damaged bags and goods

After so many years travelling with Kulula, I travelled from Durban to Lanseria on 13 March and discovered one of my bag’s wheels was broken off. That night at home my smaller bag was handled so roughly that my shampoo cap went open and spilled the complete bottle out in the bag, the peaceful sleep can cap was broken, my medicine cap was open and spiled all the tablets in the bag with the shampoo. This is seriously not on.
