Damaged Bag

I am very disappointed with the way Kulula handles the luggage. I had checked in a very expensive leather bag at OR Tambo, secured with a lock on the zips. When I collected my bag at the George airport, my lock + the two zips were completely broken off, as well as the leather being torn. I reported it and the lady said that it happens very often but they could fix the zip for me, this is not even supposed to happen in the first place. I am disgusted with the little care taken to ensure that luggage is safely transported.
