Customer service line is CR*P

I booked a flight about 2 or 3 days ago. Something cane up with work and I'm not able to fly anymore. I phoned the customer service line to cancel my flight and get a refund and I'm not joking when I say I phoned about 10 times yesterday and 1 time this morning and they did NOT answer once. I just kept trying yo get through to them for 30-40mins each time I called. It's a horrible service and I definitely would not recommend them.
