"Customer Care" should be considered false advertising

There is no such thing as "customer care" at kulula. They call it that but they don't care about their customers at all. I have never left a review in my entire life but this experience has made me feel the need to share what I've witnessed to hopefully save another from having to go through what we have. Do not consider kulula if you want a good customer experience. They are clear that they are solely a business with only interest in your wallet and not the well being and understanding of their customers.
