Credit for a cancelled flight

After business rescue i wasnt sure that i would get my money back for a flight that was cancelled due to Covid in 2020. Was i surprised by the informative emails and help to create a Kulula ID for a credit to be paid into my travel bank account. I was assisted on Thu via email and this morning when i checked, the credit was already allocated!
