**** SERVICE AT KULULA REFUNDS

I Booked a Package with Kulula.com for Flights and a Rental Car for 2 People

When contacting Kulula.com for a Name change on the one Ticket which is rightfully my Property as i have Paid for the Service i was told that i may not change the name on the Ticket as it is their standard Ts&Cs ... when i then asked for the Ticket too be cancelled and the Funds to be used to book a new Ticket for the New Passenger i was told that i will have too Wait 6 to 8 weeks for the funds too be refunded too my account !! this is ridiculous when asking the Call Center Person why cant i then book the ticket use it and pay them in 6 - 8 weeks i was told that this could not happen as they need the money to provide the Ticket ... Which is my exact issue i need MY MONEY to BOOK THE NEXT Ticket ! after the argument i was told that my Car Refund will be in my account within 7 -10 days and the Ticket refund - R372.00 Cancellation Fee will only be refunded in 6 to 8 weeks i feel this is a massive miss usage of Power as i have entrusted them with my Money which i now require to book a flight with them again but i cannot be helped ... after being on the Phone with the call center for 23 minutes and R50.00 Airtime later i called the refunds department only too find that they leave at 4pm and cannot help me as they are packing up too go home ... NO WONDER THIS takes 8 ****** weeks i cannot state it clearer if i was sitting at 38000ft i need my money too spend it at Kulula Again to book my new ticket too Cape Town but it seems as hard as one individual tries the Company does not see you as a customer and cannot even provide a straight forward answer too how a Paying customer can recieve a refund which i will once again state will be used with them again too REBOOK the same ticket .

I will be contacting the Refunds Department at 8 am again tommorow and i will not stop until i am given an answer that i feel is appropriate
