Contact Centre - Long Wait, no answer

I'm trying to contact the call centre to arrange for a special needs - most airlines performs this function online, Kulula.com tells you to phone! But, same of most people; the phone is answered, 5 times at 30min then the phone cuts. Will use a different carrier in the future.
