CONSTANT DELAYS
Good day,<br> <br> I am so tired of travelling with Kulula Airlines. I have a flight booked to Durban today - SEOZYL - and a 5.15pm flight to Durban has now moved twice - only leaving JHb at 6.40pm arriving in Durban at 7.45 versus 6.30pm. This is so inconvenient - is this airline's planes always experiencing technical difficulties or is it that flights are not fully booked so consumers get shoved around. I can see the flights can still be booked for 5.15pm and 6.10pm. I have a sick father who is probably going to take his last breath and I will not make it to Durban on time as I had initially planned. I am so sick of South Africa's low cost airlines and poor service. I won't be surprised if I receive another sms indicating there is a further delay to the flight. If that was the case I would have booked a late night flight. Just poor service once again!!! And sorry doesn't cut it at all.

You have every right to expect punctuality from us however there are numerous reasons within the operation, which cause flights to be delayed. To name a few among the many are; weather conditions, technical and rotational problems, regulated flight duty hours and air traffic congestion at the airport. While some of the delays are within our control, the majority are not and these are caused by unforeseen circumstances which prevent us from operating flights as scheduled.
Most delays are not within our control but we are working very hard to improve on the delays that are within our control. We are sure that you will understand that our primary and utmost concern is for the safety of our customers and crew. We do understand the incredible inconvenience that lengthy delays may cause our customers however, we cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of this industry.
Thank you for allowing us the opportunity of a response and we will be in touch with you directly to advice on your concerns.
