complete lack of service

Kulula has absolutely no service, I cannot even say that they have poor service because there isn't any. I have spend more then an hour in total waiting for someone to answer the phone at the call Centre with 0 result. I have tickets that has been cancelled last year and simply want to convert them to travel vouchers. I have emailed , called and even went to the desk office at OR TAMBO where I got given a number to call and still no answer. The people working at the desk office have no answers and are very unhelpful. After such a terrible economic year how is it that such poor service exist ? it blows my mind. Nicolaas
