Complement for job well done
I want to complement Dineo at [URL Removed] where members of vitality discovery do their booking for hotels and flights. On the 1 September 2015 I wanted to do online booking for The Riverside Sun Resort (my favourite vacation place) and was not appearing on the [URL Removed] website. I then phoned 0861 KULULA (585852) and my phoned was answered by Dineo (unfortunately I did not hear the surname). I explained my problem and she said she will investigate and come back to me. She phoned but I missed her calls but she never gave up. I got her phone on her third call (I think), inquiring if I still want to do the booking. I said yes but my credit card is not with me but in the car. She gave me the chance to go and collect my credit card and phoned me again to do the booking for me. I do not remember receiving such a service in the past. I want to complement her for going all out to assist me and hope that I am not the only one.
