Complaint

I am appalled at the way Kulula has managed my flight complaint this morning. I was traveling with a peer and she checked in and I was next online for checking in they said they could not assist me as the flight was full. How can it be full when my ticket has been paid for!? And now the lady that was checking is in has the audacity to say that I was a no show! What is a no show when my husband dropped me off at the airport?! Someone has to answer for this unacceptable way of treating customers!
