Communication!

I have been trying to contact kulula (via phone 45 minutes and 15 minutes no reply) No email address available on the website - only limited query submission via website.. Paid for bookings via kulula consultant and now no confirmation email and no record of booking. I have all the details showing that kulula have been paid but cannot submit this via their very limited query system on the website. Just need to speak to SOMEONE! Someone please contact me urgently via reply to this complaint.
