Clueless Kulula Consultant

I booked a flight on Kulula which needed to be changed. After I called a Kulula agent to assist me in making the change of travel dates, she ********ly explained that if I did it on my own by going onto manage your booking, I wouldn't be reliable for an extra admin fee which would incur if she changed the dates. Clearly she doesn't have her facts because I have just tried to change my dates of travel and it says that such changes cannot be made on line and only a consultant can manage the change so I need to call the call centre. It is so frustrating to deal with people who have no idea about their own company's policies, rules and regulations. For goodness sake, become informed and pass on the correct information. So useless!!!!
