Checked in suitcase been broken in to

I flew with [URL Removed] on Friday, 13 February 2015, on flight 626, departed at 10PM. We landed at 11PM. When I got my suitcase the lock was broken. This is a combination lock, TSA security approved. The case brand is Carlton and it is a hard body case. The lock is completely broken and I am missing 2 flash drives. Not sure what else might have been taken. This is not acceptable. The case went to Spain and back and USA and back on other airlines. No damage was done to my case and goods. But on a short flight from Durban to Johannesburg, the workers responsible for handling the goods seem to have the authority to break cases open and take goods. This was a late flight, therefore I did not report this right away at the airport. Offices were also closed by that time. Please advice what can I do to let people know about this bad handling of peoples belongings and the fact that they break open your cases.I have sent the case in for repair from a shop in Centurion mall.
