Check In

Checked in for flight from Cpt to Jhb . System requested if I would like to check in for my return flight as well, which I did. Later the afternoon for my return flight, Went to kiosk to print out my return ticket. Could not retrieve ticket and was instructed to proceed to check in desk. Arrived at kiosk 45min before. 35min before Check-in desk informs me sorry gate has close already as I was not checked in. I will have to go to ticket sales to purchase a new ticket. Very disappointing as I checked in for both flights.
