<p>I booked an internation return ticket from Johanesburg to New Delhi(ZFX9MY)through Kulula and being a vitality member I got 15% disount on base fair on Emirates.</p> <p>At the time of booking no where it was shown that the tikets are non refundable or not even on the itinieary it is unclear it only states that 'Fees will be charged for cancellations and ticket may be non-refundable'.</p> <p>now when I am trying to cancel the ticket ,kulula is saying its non refundable .</p> <p>that is cheating because kulula first shows cheaper options when some tries to book without explaining whether the tickets are non refunable or not ,only later when someone want to cancel they come to know about that.</p>

07 Jun 2016, 14:18my concern in that the fare rules must me clearly written in black and white while booking,people can decide then whether to book the tickets or not.
In my case as well I would have gone for a costlier refundable option rather than a cheaper non refundable option,if it was clear in the fare rules that the ticket is non refundable.
