CHEAT!

I was making a booking with Kulula to travel from Durban to Johannesburg, and selected the flight which was priced at R 725.99, after putting all my details together with my credit card details for payment, an error popped up stating booking could not be confirmed and I should call in to confirm. When I did so, the call centre agent advised me that because when I was making the booking, somebody else's payment was completed before me so it kicked me out forcing me now to make a new booking at R989. I don't understand how this business is run as this to me is cheating, you book when at a price and then you get kicked out because they not happy with the price they initially gave you. I have been booking with Kulula for over 5 years and now I'm starting to change my mind.
