Charging more to CHANGE a flight than to book a return

<p>I tried to change my flight today and now they are charging R600 to change a flight??? (even if the rules on my flight confirmation shows R300)</p> <p>And secondly, they want me to pay R1200+ to CHANGE a flight I already have, I can buy a new one way ticket for R600 ???!!!!</p> <p> And based on the rest of the reviews on HP - they dont respond... Good customer service! </p>
